We understand that from time-to-time mistakes are made and as such we pride ourselves on a no fuss returns procedure.

Should an item be damaged in transit or an incorrect item received this must be reported to our customer service team within 3 working days of receiving the delivery. Contact details for our customer service team can be found below.

Should you change your mind about purchasing an item and you wish to return it, you must notify our Customer Service team of your decision within 14 working days of receipt of your goods. The item must be: sealed, un-used or damaged in anyway and be in a re-saleable condition.

Hardware

Should your hardware purchase be faulty in anyway you must report this to our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving your item. Where a warranty is provided this must be within the warranty period. Please note that all warranty repairs are between the manufacturer and the customer. Should you wish to return a hardware item, unless the item is faulty, the item must be sealed, un-used or damaged in anyway. We are unable to refund hardware items which have a broken seal or have been used.

Take Back Scheme for Portable Batteries

Under the Waste Battery Regulations, Caboodle are now offering a take back scheme for all portable batteries. You can return your waste batteries to either our registered office, Unit 1 Moorside Point, Moorside Road, Winnall, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 7RX (please do not post). We have battery receptacles available in our reception areas for you to place your waste batteries in.

Alternatively, you can find your local waste battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.co.uk

Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and some town halls, libraries or schools may also set up collection points. End-users may find stores in their local area more accessible.
